Hi, I’m Christina Puder.
I'm the founder of Get Guided, a career coaching service helping people land jobs in the tech industry.
I became a career coach after pivoting from finance to product management and guiding several peers to make their own career transitions. I specialize in helping clients identify what companies and roles they will thrive in, and then strategizing a way to get there. This includes resumes reviews, networking help, interview prep, and negotiating your offer.
I love to see the changes in my clients along the job recruiting journey–improved resumes, stronger interview stories, and increased confidence. I enjoy celebrating clients' job offers as much as my own.
I'm a proud Texas native who loves sunshine, TexMex, and good bbq. I do my best thinking during long walks, and I'm working on becoming fluent in Spanish.
